Privacy Policy
Only Good Brands Migration
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Only Good Brands LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Only Good Brands Migration (“Application”) and its associated website at migration.jaffmartllc.com.
This policy explains how we handle information associated with our private accounting-data migration service, including information retrieved with authorization from QuickBooks Online and transferred to a designated Slowbooks installation.
1. Current status and scope
As of the effective date, the Application is under development and has not begun processing live QuickBooks Online company data. The sections below describe the processing intended when authorized migration functions are enabled, together with information associated with visiting the website or contacting us.
Before enabling live processing, we will review the implemented data flows and update this policy if actual practices differ.
The Application is intended for authorized business users. It is not offered as a general consumer service.
2. Information we process
Depending on the authorized migration scope and information available through the connected systems, we may process:
Business and accounting information: Company details, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, products and services, invoices, bills, credits, payments, deposits, transfers, journal entries, balances, tax-related accounting fields, and transaction classifications.
Personal information within business records: Names, business contact information, billing or mailing addresses, and other personal information included in authorized accounting records, transaction descriptions, or notes.
Connection information: Connected-company identifiers, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, connection status, and other information necessary to establish and maintain an authorized connection.
Migration and diagnostic information: Source and destination identifiers, mapping decisions, migration status, reconciliation results, timestamps, error details, and records needed to investigate failures or prevent duplicate transfers.
Website and correspondence information: Information you send us and technical information generated when the website is accessed, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times.
We do not ask users to provide their QuickBooks password directly to the Application. QuickBooks authorization takes place through Intuit.
The Application does not request access to bank-login credentials or collect card details for charging users. Accounting records may nevertheless contain financial-account references or other sensitive information entered in the source system.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Establish and manage authorized accounting-system connections.
- Retrieve, map, and transfer supported accounting records.
- Validate results and reconcile source and destination records.
- Identify exceptions, investigate errors, and prevent duplicate processing.
- Protect the Application and investigate unauthorized activity.
- Respond to support, privacy, and administrative requests.
- Meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use connected accounting data for advertising or unrelated marketing.
4. Where processing occurs
The Application’s website and connection-related web components are hosted by SiteGround in Texas, United States.
The intended migration-processing environment and destination Slowbooks installation operate on a Company-controlled Windows server in the United States. Migration working records and destination accounting records are intended to be maintained in that environment.
Connection-related information may pass through the hosted web components as part of authorization. Website hosting can also generate technical access logs.
QuickBooks Online is operated by Intuit under its own terms and privacy practices. Intuit and other service providers may process information in locations described in their respective policies. We do not represent that all processing by those independent services occurs exclusively in the United States.
5. Access and disclosure
Access is limited to people and service providers with a legitimate need to perform authorized migration, support, security, hosting, or administrative functions.
Information may be disclosed:
- To Intuit to establish or operate the authorized QuickBooks Online connection.
- To the designated Slowbooks installation as part of the approved migration.
- To hosting or technical service providers to the extent necessary for their services.
- To authorized personnel or contractors assisting with migration or troubleshooting.
- When required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights, or address security incidents.
We do not publish connected accounting records on the public website. Service providers assisting us are expected to handle information subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Security
Before enabling live migration, we require safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including restricted administrative access, protection of connection credentials, HTTPS for public connection pages and communications with Intuit, and controls to avoid placing credentials in public pages or diagnostic output.
Security controls must be reviewed against the actual implementation. We do not claim that every storage location or local network connection is encrypted, or that any system is completely secure.
If a security incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications required by applicable law.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information according to its purpose:
- Connection credentials: Retained while needed for an authorized connection. When the connection is ended, active credentials are revoked or removed as appropriate.
- Temporary migration data: Retained while needed to complete the migration, reconcile results, or resolve identified exceptions. It is deleted when that work is complete and it is no longer needed.
- Migration mappings and audit records: Retained as needed to prevent duplicate transfers, document accounting changes, troubleshoot issues, and satisfy legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
- Destination accounting records: Retained as business records under the destination company’s accounting and retention practices.
- Website logs and correspondence: Retained only as needed for security, support, administration, or legal obligations.
Some information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced or expire. Retained backup information remains subject to access restrictions.
We may retain information longer when required by law or necessary to preserve records relevant to a dispute or security investigation.
8. Disconnection and privacy requests
An authorized administrator may revoke the Application’s QuickBooks Online access through Intuit’s connected-app controls. You may also contact us for assistance.
Disconnection prevents further retrieval once authorization is revoked. It does not automatically delete previously retrieved information, remove records already transferred into Slowbooks, or reverse completed accounting entries.
You may contact us to request information about processing, correction of inaccurate personal information, or deletion of information we retain. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests are subject to applicable law, accounting-record requirements, and the rights of the company that controls the records.
9. Website cookies and logs
The website or connection components may use cookies or similar mechanisms for sessions, authorization security, and basic website operation. Hosting systems may also maintain technical access logs.
This policy does not authorize advertising tracking or unrelated analytics. Any additional tracking will require an updated disclosure and consent where applicable.
10. Changes and contact
We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes to the handling of connected accounting data will be communicated before implementation where required.
